Super Visa - anyone applied as yet?

Hi Experts,
This forum is amazing. It help me a lot during my PR process. I have few quick questions for Super visa:
I am in Canada since from 2014 on work visa and just got my PR last month. I am still waiting for my PR card. Can I apply for my Parent Super visa now since I am working in Canada for the past 3 years? or do I have wait for my PR card to received then Apply? or Work one year after PR then apply for super visa for my parents?

Please share your knowledge and experience. Thank you

Biometrics request on 12 June
Biometrics done on 29 June
Since then waiting for updates
Medical status still say if we need medical we will contact you
