I got the ITA with CRS 447 in the last draw and thanks to the invaluable knowledge sharing that's a norm on this forum, I've been able to proceed without involvement of any consultant. I have got the personalized checklist from the portal and prepared a generic table for what all is required and is tabulated below. I've marked my proposed submissions in bold and require some support from the members are they sufficient or do I need to include anything else as well.
1. Passports/Travel Documents (Multiple) (required) - Copy of Passport
2. Proof of medical exam (required) - Identification Doc, 4 Photographs, IMM 1017B Upfront Medical Report
3. Proof of Relationship (required) - Parent & Uncle/Aunt Passport showing same father name
4. Education (diplomas/degrees) (required) - Digital copies of all degrees & statement of grades, WES report
5. Employment Records (required) - Offer Letter, Experience Letter, Salary Slips
6. Employment Records 2 (required) - Offer Letter, Experience Letter, Salary Slips
7. Employment Records 3 (required) - Offer Letter, Experience Letter, Proof of Credit Transaction
8. Employment Records 4 (required) - Offer Letter, Reference Letter, Salary Slips
9. Family Member Proof of Status (required) - Uncle/Aunt Canadian passport
10. Police Certificates (Multiple) (required) - PCC
11. Proof of Means of Financial Support (required) - Bank Statement, Investment Proofs from respective agency
12. Digital photo (required) - Digital copy
I have queries in mainly two sections:
1. Proof of Means of financial support- My savings bank account in cumulative have the required funds and I've also invested the money in terms of shares/mutual funds which can be liquidated as and when required. So can i show that I've sufficient funds by taking the account statements from multiple sources or do I need to have it all in a single bank account?
2. Employement Records- Till date what all jobs i've done, I'm having their offer letter, relieving cum experience letter, salary slips. In my present job, in addition to above listed docs barring experience letter as it's ongoing, I'll get the job roles & responsibilities document prepared. Do i need to get the same letter fromr my earlier employers as well ?
One more thing, out of these employments, one was an internship for a period of two months for which i got the offer letter & experience letter but the stipend was paid in the form of a cheque. The amount is written in my offer letter and I can prove the credit of amount from my bank statement but didn't get any salary slip sort of for it. Will this work?
