So, it is a lot of frustration for CEC and FSW-I applicants since early May AOR. few updates....What I have noticed is that updates of EE system happened in the beginning of June, the new Federal Budget not long afterwards, and now the parliament is having a summer break until September 8. Not sure if they have some sort of correlation or how it would affect the process if they do, but if it is the case, probably everyone will have to till after September 8 to see more updates. And.....hopefully, they will process all at rocket speed.

no updates to date.

Fingers crossed!!!

What i observe is that:

1. CIC tends to clear certain % by certain day each months.

2. It is something between 40%-50% by 3-4 month.

3. Then they switch priority on to the next month and so on.

4. They clear this % by stream. i.e. March-April it was CEC, May-July it is FSW-O.

5. PNPs are very slow.

Good. Have you bothered to find out if your file has been moved to local visa office. I don't know if it's still too early to start asking CIC about our visa office. You know that knowledge of ones visa office can help calm some nerves you can know what to expect based on the different speed of processing of the various LVOs

I have an email from them stating, my file is still at the Syndey, Nova Scotia and has not yet been transferred to Local visa office.

My status hasn't changed since the medicals update.

Hi friends,

I need a help from you. I have a query regarding the Bahrain PCC. I stayed in Bahrain from Feb 2013 to Aug 2013 for work. I have not visited Bahrain since then. I got the PCC from Bahrain in sept 2014 (since I was trying for canadian PR since then). I got an ITA in April 2017. I submitted the PCC from Bahrain which I got in Sept 2014 in June 2017. So I want to know, will this lead to any rejection since, it is written in the PCC that the validity is for 3 months from the date of issue. If anybody has any idea regarding this, it would be of great help.

That should not be a problem as you only need to have last PCC if you haven't visited the country after getting PCC.
