HELP FOR ADDITONAL DOC AND APP DETAILS

Hi mates
I recieved an email on MyCIC account asking for additional documents in 21/6, but I can't upload them due to a technical problem on the page.
I sent the doc in 28/6 by Email as they mentioned it in the letter and receved email from cic in the same day (Thank you for providing these documents. We will upload them to your MyCIC account.)
But the upload page still dosnt work and the deadline in 21/7 and no change in my cic acount (We need additional documents to process your application).
I sent an email to ask and they said (The documents you provided have been received by our office. Please note that we cannot confirm when each document has been received. )
I am very worried about that, what can i do?

I faced the same situation a month back.

Initially, I too did exactly what you did and also uploaded the documents via IRCC Webform.

I simultaneously checked MyCIC account regularly to see if the technical problem is resolved.

It got resolved after a couple of days and I was able to upload the documents. Exactly speaking, got the info to Upload on 12June and was able to successfully upload on MyCIC on 17June.

So at this point of time, there is not much we can do, other than what i stated above.
