I am starting this thread specially for applicants who have arrnaged their funds using gift deeds..few questions have arisen while arranging this type of fund..
1, Anyone has got any question or query by visa officer during processing or about gift deed? Plz share succeeded applicants..
2, Can visa officer ask about source of income of donor??
3, Does primary applicant requires to show his/her tax return certificate hiwever he/ she does not fall under tax slab?
4, Only affidavit and gift deed are adequate from donor perspective??
Ive already aksed some of questions in this forum before bt i am v v dubious abt the case..i am gonna arrange my pof 50% from gift deed and 50% from selling my asset..and a tax concultant has said that if i do not provide wealth statement of my donor now so visa officer can ask this later..i request succesful candidates and experts plz share your views..
