Document Number - WHICH DOCUMENT NUMBER?
Country of Issue - Canada
Issue Date - Date of Issue
Expiry Date - THERE IS NO EXPIRY DATE ON THE DOCUMENT.
Any other special instructions or anything?

Hi. There has been a lot of talk on this one. Actually either number is OK. I used the second one DCN and it was good. Others have used the first one and it was also good

Expiry. I used 6 months.

That's it. Hope that helps

I just got my RCMP report! So the issue date is the date on the letter not the fingerprints collected date, right?

My fingerprints were collected on July 7 and I just received the report in mail today(July 17, 2017). The report was dated on July 11.

When you received PPR, did you send both passports in a single envelope or separate?
And did you send along 2 prepaid envelopes or only 1 for both passports to be returned?

Yes. it says it's being reviewed now. It was "has been uploaded" yesterday.

Yes, I submitted yesterday in the evening and this morning it said "being reviewed"
