EE profile comes as ineligible. Why is that ?

My profile

Age=30
Ielts= L-9, S-8, R-8, W-7 Overall=8 (one month old score)
Education- three year bachelors - WES Assesed
Work Experience- (NOC-1312 (4.5 years) and 1212(2.7 years) this is current, there is a gap of 6 months between two)
Married- spouse not an applicant and not applying currently
no experience, employment, relative in Canada.

Why my profile say that I'm not eligible. What could be the reason?
My graduation completed in 2007, my first job was a level C job which i'm not mentioning while filling my EE profile....NOC(1434) started in 2009, after a gap of 6 months it is NOC 1212, for 2.7 years and is current?

Question is does not mentioning my first Level C job making it ineligible. My primary NOC is 1312. or a gap between two NOC is causing problem. Should i mention both NOC or mention just one in the profile. What would be better,??

Your C level job is irrelevant, the gap is also irrelevant as you only need a year of continuous work experience to be eligible under FSW.

Thanks for replying.... Yes m taking $16000 for funds.. M baffled... My fsw score is more than 67. My crs score is 433. What else m I doing wrong.. Could the reason be that m applying alone without spouse even though m married... M just beating around the bush to get the exact reason

You HAVE TO mention and apply with spouse if you are married. There is no "other" option. It is compulsory.
Your wife must appear for IELTS and her WES should be entered.

This is incorrect.. its not compulsary for married people to take their spouse along.. she can be non accompanying..

You are wrong in saying she must take the IETLS and get her educational credentials assessed, if the principal applicant decides not to claim points for those two things then there is absolute no need to obtain them.

The first part they said was absolutely correct: married people must declare they are married, and having the spouse accompany or not is an entirely different issue. The second part, DelPiero addressed.

Yes that's what I think.. It's not compulsory for married applicants to apply with spouse... So what else is the issue.. Can anybody tell. My fsw score is more than 67 and crs score is 433.. Still profile says ineligible.. Any questions that most of the applicant answer incorrectly.
