QUESTION NEED HELP

i submitted express entry profile on the 5 of april 2017 and on june 23 i received an email to pay right to permanent residence fees which i did. since i applied the details on my profile showed submitted and it changed today to updated i want to know what does it mean and whats next?

HI.. Keep your fingers crossed.. updated only means that the fee has been received, and the person at the other end has clicked on the "update" button.. so now comes the real thing..like checking the documents, the "background check" etc... all the best!!

Wrong. RPRF is last step before issuing the PR visa. All background checks and document review happen before RPRF. This is why you pay the application fee first.
