Palestinian needs new home

Hello,

I'm Eng. Ramez, (Palestinian, 26yo, Married and my wife is pregnant with her 3rd month) i work in metal fabrication job, I program CNC machines.

currently Saudi Arabia put new tax system that i cannot afford, they will force me to go back to Gaza and that will be like suicide.

So, i decide to leave to another country with my wife, but I'm afraid if i reach to Canada they maybe refuse my claim, since my wife is pregnant i cannot risk it.

Any suggestion ? or grantee they wont refuse my claim ?

FYI ( UNHCR in Saudi arabia not accepting any refugee claim, since they didnt sign some kind of agreements).

You first need to get TRVs approved for your entire family if you wanted to even think about traveling to Canada. Without a TRV approved, there is no way to come to Canada to claim asylum.

Also economic/financial reasons are NOT considered valid reasons for claiming asylum/refugee status. If this was your only reason and you did manage to travel here and claim asylum, you can bet your claim would eventually be rejected and you'd be forced to leave Canada.

Outside Canada, your only chance to come as a refugee is through an organization like UNHCR. If Saudia Arabia is not doing that, them you'd need to go live in another country first. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/refugees/outside/index.asp

from your point of view, it is VERY risky and i will waste all my money for nothing,

but if i dont do anything quickly, i'll be forced to leave Saudi and go to Gaza, I'm afraid losing my wife( and she is pregnant ) with Palestine-Israel problems.

do you have any other suggestion ? like moving to another ( safe ) country ?

You will probably have zero chance to get a visitor visa (TRV) to Canada, so coming here to claim asylum is most likely not even an option for you.

Your only chance is to go to another country, get recognized as a refugee and see if you can get referred to Canada (as per the link I posted above).
