Dear friends
I have 2 more questions.
The hcp program says the below but i don't have any job offer from employer in Canada nor any experience of working in Canada. Just that i meet all other criteria and received noi will i still get through if i meet all criteria. .

Also how do i demonstrate intent to reside in ontario..i have no connection there at all. .

Please help. .

Ontario Human Capital Priorities Stream Criteria
To be eligible to apply, you must meet the following provincial criteria:

1) "one year work experience within the past five years according to the criteria under the Federal Skilled Workers Program" includes foreign work experience. No need for Canadian work experience or a job offer from an employer in Canada.

2) From the application guide:
"Ties to Ontario can include but are not limited to, the following:
 Current and/or previous employment in Ontario,
 Job offers or jobs applied/interviewed for in Ontario,
 Education in Ontario,
 Volunteer work in Ontario,
 Lease agreements for a residence in Ontario or property ownership,
 Professional networks and affiliations,
 Family ties,
 Social connections or personal relationships, and/or
 Previous visits to Ontario."

I have been applying for jobs in Toronto and have had a few interviews, so I am going to mention that in my application. I have visited Ontario before as well when I had friends there, although my last visit was probably at least 12 years ago ... hopefully that would count.

Not an answer but a question to you. How do you apply to Jobs in Toronto? Through Job Bank or any other? My NOC is 2173, and I apply for the relevant roles but never heard back from them. I am really not sure, whether do I need to take care of something else. Can you please advise?

Applying for jobs in canada remotely is a task in itself. If u r not physically present in canada the employers hardly looks at ur profile. Once u land in canada u need to do ur research make a list of the consultants and companies to contact and start from scratch. Nevertheless u can still keep looking for jobs remotely and u never know when luck strikes u

good luck

Job bank is one option where they post relevant jobs, job sites u can google and create a profile and apply directly at career sections of the target companies.

But u hardly get a revert from any of these options but trying is not a bad idea

Hello Everyone,
I need some urgent help so its a request to provide detailed response.
I have a score of 315 only and many years of work exp in IT:) and had lost hopes to immigrate from India to Canada. I created express entry profile beginning of June 2017 and expresessed interest in Ontario, BC and Manitoba. Surprisingly, yesterday i saw an email in CIC account saying government of Ontario is interested in considering me for nomination under its provincial nomination program through express entry and that i must contact Ontario directly after receiving that letter, with no information of where to look for and who to contact. SO i started googling and got few links but i thought this is best community. I am puzzled with few things so person responding will need to be patient :)
1) I read a little that the requirement is to have a minimum CRS score of 400 then how is it that i received the NOI? Would it be that they would have not seen my scores.
2) I read that i have to pay 1500CAD (NON REFUNDABLE) to start application after which they will evaluate if i meet all criterias. I checked Human capital stream and i meet all criteris but not the minimum CRS score of 400. Isnt this a clear indication that i wont get through and the amount is surely going to be a waste.
3) FOr funds can i show various investments I have in India like Mutual funds, public profident funds and my and my spouse bank accounts?

Please help urgently as i dont want to loose opportunity. I heard i will have only 14 days to apply. Still checking the official site as to what all i need to apply and how to go about.

Hello,

Am currently facing the same issue as you.

Did you receive a positive reply after you made the application?

What happened next, did you went to Ontario?

Am very confused me too.

Thanks.

If anybody else could help me?

Here is my thread : https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/notification-of-interest-from-ontario.576097/
