Ircc is right now working on March applications and you probably will have to wait a while before they start processing may.

Also got a request letter from IRCC which I need so that I can apply for a Sg PCC. Got a email for this. So my guess is Medical gets passed when file is with local VO. Anyone have confirmation of this ?

I am from the US. If you uploaded IRCC will not request, I had not since I did not realize I could have got with ITA letter. I did my medical a few weeks before my ITA.
