Got the RPRF request on July 5th, paid the fee and uploaded the receipt on the same day but no change in "reviewing your additional documents" since then..

I hope my IP2 comes soon

Seems like we have a similar timeline for IP1-NA(27th June)..But I don't have any change in my account as yet for IP2

Not a lot I can say. Few European countries and United Kingdom. Have couple of PCCs. Not sure about VO, I have not mailed or called CIC yet.
