Hey all,

My Uncle lives in Toronto, no points but they do ask about our blood relations in Canada. I want to move to British Columbia.

Do you think it will effect my immigration?

I have around 4 years of regular practical experience, but my employer I worked for back in 2016 for 4 months is not willing to issue me a tailored experience letter. though I fulfill the three years of experience, it brings the break if I do not submit my experience letter.

Do you think it will affect my immigration?

IRCC requires an Applicant to furnish Reference Letters from all his past employments (Which he has specified in his Employment history). If your employer is unwilling, you can request your senior colleague who worked with you during that time frame to draft a Reference Letter for you and get it notarized.
