2. Should I provide my cousin's documents as proof? I have given his information in the section the relatives who are living in Ontario & Canadian Citizen.

I am currently completing the registration process for OINP Ontario Immigration Nomination Program. However, I'm getting error with regards to my spouse Language Proficiency Score. What is the minimum CLB score for common law partner for OINP? I know minimum CLB7 is for the main applicant. What about for common law partner? is it also CLB7?

I am at 376 CRS and did not receive NOI.Ny NOC ia 2171

However ny work exp in this NOC(2171) is only till Dec 2013.After that I changed job and my NOC also got changed.The new NoC is not in ICT occupation list

Is it because I changed my job that I did not receive NOI?

Will recreating express entry profile help?I had created my profile in Aug 2016(almost 1 year back)

received NOI on 29th June
NOC 2173, CRS :395
till date my status is Submitted
