In the check list 7 Qs e It asked to submit at least two documents
Empolyment benefits and Insurance Im unable to add my wife as she is outside of canada. (I can add her to my RRSP)
No financial support from my side, as she is living with her parents and they are taking care of her
I can submit it from facebook profile

WHat to submit for first 2 Qs ?

And also for employmentt letter my company is asking to take printoutt from company hr portal. They are not giving on letter head. Is printout ok ?

Can you add her as your beneficiary on your employment benefits? for the next document get your friends or family write an acknowledgment letter about your marriage. I think that should be enough.

I just called CIC, they say file is still under screening and there is no specific time when it will be completed. This is really frustrating. This is the standard answer we get every time we call.

If it was underscreening you must have received aor by now.

they are probably checking/screening to see if the application complete and that all required documents are there in order. If that is not the case then they will unfortunately return the application to you. If everything is complete and in order then they will email you the AOR1 and start processing the sponsor's spousal application followed by the PA's PR application.

Hi all,
Checklist says to include most recent CRA notice of assessment. I'm trying to retrieve a copy from CRA website however the one from there doesn't have the required "Line 150 - Total Income". Should I submit the original notice of assessment which I got with my tax return this year or a scanned copy is fine?

another question - I feel that this is a common one (and apologies if it's a foolish one) but what do you do if the complete address won't fit the box while filling it up thru Adobe? CIC site says: "Addresses should be written out in full without using any abbreviations". Is it really necessary to attach an extra sheet for the full/complete address?

Ya I added her to employment beneficiary. Its in pending state and it takes abt 1 mnth time

My representative send applications with translate to English copies ( He don't include the original translated copies ) so they return it back as considered birth certificate is missing but in fact its there but as a copy of translated document, also they said that photos for my wife not matching the standard which push me to get her take new photos and send it by DHL then we resubmits things again.

But till now again , no news!

Schedule A doesn't need Native Name. It doesn't say anywhere.

However, we need to write our name in mother tongue in Additional Family Information Form IMM 5406. And we submit it with our main application.

I have long Gujju name which was impossible to fit on that form. So what I did was, I attached extra sheet of paper stating everybody's name in English as well as in Gujarati... Typed in Word... Put PA's Full name and DOB on top of page... Worked just fine...!!!

For medical, we don't have to do anything. Hospital sends the report to CIC and once CIC receives result, they will post it on our CIC account.

But, as an additional step, people are uploading receipt of Medical Checkup on CIC Account. It's not mandatory but no harm to do that either.

thanks a lot for info. I am little confused here, if you see schedule A below in point 2 - they have asked to put "your full name written in your native language or script" so what are we supposed to write here? we haven't submitted IMM 5406 for additional family.
