Then you should call them ASAP coz they told me that I should expect something within a week. CALL NOW!!
Do let us know, what did they say.
Did they tell you you should expect something within a week? When I asked when I should expect a reply or clarification on what is happening, the agent told me I don't know and I cannot tell you anything as it is under the hands of CPC Mississauga, and he doesn't work there. He just sends a message, that's it!

Yah I talked with 2 agents today. One of them was seriously rude and another one was bit informative. So the average agent told me according to her experience it should take around one week. So call them and tell them that its been a week.

My sponsorship application status in ECAS just changed to DM !!!! Can't wait for my lawyer's email with the good news.... but i have to wait until he opens his office at 10am :eek::eek::eek: I'm excited to read the email !!!

And still waiting for the form Schedule A to arrive today and be delivered to his office to be mailed to the CPC.
is it sponsor ecas status or pa ecas status?

meeeeeeeeeeeeeee. I have updated the excel sheet. thanks!

did you get the email from CPC-M that your file is transferred to VO? or your status just changed to in process.

is it sponsor ecas status or pa ecas status?
It's the sponsor status. But the lawyer will contact immigration to inquire about the decision made because he says usually they receive all correspondence by email, the same day that Immigration issues them.

Hello I have started putting the application together again. It looks like CPC has lost tr application. None of the agents seem to know anything where the application went. My question is can I use the photocopies of the attested documents or do I have to get the documents attested from a notary again. My application was received by CPC on May 9th and after that I heard nothing from them...

so base on this new guideline once our medical is receive we should only have 3 months to wait for a decision. I sure do hope so.

They have have been saying that to me for for weeks. But it's looks they don't have any info on the file.

From where do you get "3 months" Does each number represent a month?
I dont think anybody took 5 months to submit their application. LOL :D

it has 12 sections to represent 12 months in the order CIC set their procedures. they were being generous so ppl don't overreact to cases that last a little bit longer than others. but I'm optimistic that that guideline is more than possible I hope its shorter but waiting 3more months is acceptable by me... hehe

What makes you think that the same is not going to happen again?

I think some community college graduate prepared that thing thinking he/she is creative. The 12 steps doesn't correspond to 12 months. That's no way possible.
