Internal Transfer applicable for Express Entry points

I have been internally transferred from my current company in India to Canada. I have already applied for my PR through the Express Entry route. I just wanted to know if this internal transfer will fetch me any points that I can use it to increase my current score.

It will not, unless you also have an LMIA.

You can ask your employer, but it's very rare unless you are employed in a high demand field.
