My CRS is 381, NOC is 2171 and i had re created profile on 30th June. as of today no NOI

You should recreate your profile. I just created mine yesterday and received NOI from Ontario today. Ontario has even suggested that it does not look at older profiles when looking for targets to send NOI to.

July 4th update was in past tense saying they invited ICT occupation candidates in week starting June 26th.

Hi Everyone,

Can someone please let me know for how long is a Police Clearance Certificate valid?
Presently, I have an EE profile for NOC-2283, with CRS 387 and no NOI yet.

So, if I go for a PCC, how long will this certificate be valid. I just want to have all necessary documents handy, so that I do not come across any issue related to documents at the last moment.

Hi,

Generally PCC is valid for 1 year.
Ideally, you should apply for PCC once you get the nomination and/or before the ITA.
Meanwhile, I suggest you to collect all other required documents.

In the heading Intent to Reside in Ontario there are 2 subheads: Family Ties and Social connections/ personal relationships. In the checklist of the ONIP guidebook section 6 states :
6. Relatives in Canada (if applicable)
Copies of the following documents if you or your spouse or common-law partner has a parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, sibling, aunt, uncle, niece, or nephew.........

Now my question is that can we submit documents of my brother-in-law's friend/business partners who stays in Ontario to qualify as Uncle (his age will be same as our uncle only) or should we mention that in Social connections and personal relationships?

I believe it would come under social connection only. you can not claim 5 points for adaptability for it. For intent to reside its ok.

This is a billion dollar question ..

What we know is that they said "you may not receive a NOI if your profile was created too long ago"..

That long ago we don't know how much the duration. Some people are creating new profile every month and some weekly

If your score is 436 then you will receive a ITA from IRCC in next draw, why you are wishing for a NOI from Ontario.
