Email notification only. I have seen that some people received message in their profile for PPR. But it's been a while since I heard that.

Still the same buddy! No change whatsoever. Once you have the COPR, I don't think it matters though. CIC might take it's own sweet time in closing it.

Eligibility : Recommend passed
Security : Not started
HIRV:
Criminality : Passed
Org Crime:
Medical : Passed


1. R10 done at CIO Sydney. on 2 June. This is when my IP1 began and medicals passsed. @gurik :I will upload the screenshot from which you will come to know what all things they checked.

2. Criminality passed just on the basis of Indian PCC as I have no travel history. This was done on 7 June at CIO- Sydney

2. Now we all have been speculating that why FSW-O applications are being processed at CPC-Ottawa instead of LVO.

File transferred to Ottawa on 9 june and the reason mentioned is workload redistribution. My IP1>NA is 8 june.

3. Eligibility(A11.2) done on 9 June at Ottawa. This happens when I am only 1 day into NA. Will upload a screenshot for this.



Now apart from the above mentioned dates , I dont see anything else. These dates match perfectly with the status changes i.e IP1>NA>IP2.

Since everything is done on 9th June except security. I believe that's the last step.


I hope I have provided all the info requested by @gurik @astralsource . Will upload the screenshots soon.

Please shoot any other questions who have.

This is amazing! This goes in the sync with our thoughts and that many of us with travel history are probably stuck in security screening. I have a feeling that I have probably gone through the same stage as you with regard to the IP1 - NA thing.....but still stuck on NA due to security screening. Can only hope security doesn't take too long!

Gawd! - Confusing statuses. I was on the IVR a short while ago when it said the usual thing and as I was about to cut the call, I heard the machine say "We are processing your backgrounds checks now....". I was elated as soon as I heard it but confused now about if it is IP1 or IP2. I don't think this is IP2 because I would expect the status on additional documents to be "we don't need any additional documents" but I heard "your additional documents are being reviewed". It could be IP1 but my medical results were out 20/21 June 2017 and received the RPRF request on 5th July and I am not sure if people have seen this delay for IP1.

Any help with what this could be?

You should not. For many people there is no change in in background status. It goes from IP1 to IP2 directly.

Security has also to be done my friend which takes a while.They dont want to admit any person who can later be a threat to the peaceful nation of Canada.

So in the one 1 month after A11.2 , I believe the security was done as this was the only thing NOT STARTED according to notes.

There is no trace of how and when the security is done. This is because its all done by CSIS which is an intelligence agency. Hope this makes sense.

Will upload the screenshot of R10 and A11.2 processes and the analyst comments soon.
