I'm the same 'no meds passed' at 116 days. I'm PNP too, I wonder if there's a link....

Mine AOR Mar : 3 and I know a few cases with Apr AOR receiving PPR mail by June. Still waiting for the golden e-mail. Not sure when will the turn come. Do you guys have any idea how long it takes for the PPR mail once the application has reached the Ottawa Visa Office?

Additional Doc asked: April 28, May 1 & May 5
All requested Doc submitted by May 12, (within allocated deadline)
Since then, my BGC is in Process.
I don't know what's going on? I check CIC account 4 times a day, check my SPAM 4 times a day. It's getting on to my nerves

I called CIC yesterday, the agent told me that there is a letter ( word document) which was sent to you on June30th.
There was no updates in my CIC account no email msg. NOTHING.
What if they have asked for any document???? The agent said , she cannot see the document its word file.
Any idea what it will be????

The reason given was Police Cert was issued before last resident in a country. But this isn't true. My partner was last resident in that country until 2004 and the Police Cert was issued in 2015. we even included a letter to explain. Please HELP, what can I do????

We went through hell to get the application this far (pnp was cancelled 3 times, 2 language tests, 3 medicals, etc).
I can't cope if it's cancelled now
Did this happen to anyone else? Any any advice pls?

Im so sorry to hear this!! Best contact an immigration lawyer/ consultant asap. In the mean time, my two cents - As far as I understand, the police certs submitted need to be issued less than a year ago, so if you submitted the application in Mar 2017, the certificates need to be issued no earlier than Mar 2016. Since the police cert you submitted was dated in 2015, that may explain the reason for cancellation. However, please do contact an expert to see if you can refute this. Really sorry to hear that. That sucks. Has your partner ever been to said country (even for a single day) after the PCC was issued? If yes, then the refusal is valid, unfortunately. The PCC needs to be issued after your last exit from the country in question..
