can't be 1 draw per month... Where is the info that 2017 quota has been filled? I only remember reading tweets that applicants from the 2nd half 2017 onwards will be counted already for 2018 quota... Yeah sounds kind of weird but stats figures are far from being close to 2017 targets.

Good luck everyone for today's draw,
my crs is 431, NOC 2171 with 5 years experience, i submitted my profile on July 6th, and passed only TEF (Got CLB 10), and no IELTS so far.
I still didn't receive NOI from Ontario, do you think it could be related to the fact that i didn't take IELTS?

You should be eligible for the Ontario french-speaking track. I would recommend looking that track up on their website.

But they would process all itas given, for 2017. So one draw is understandable bro

Yes. Their target is almost completed. They will only figure out rejected ita and will do draw accordingly.
