Sitting @ 471, no NOI from Ontario, so I guess yes, there will be a draw tomorrow.

Some people are saying there will be a draw because a lot of people got NOI today, you're saying the opposite, what's your reason?

Any hope guys, i am at 430, i turned 430 on june 1, there was a lower draw on may 31..so, desperately waiting right now

I'd say that Ontario's NOI is a good indicator (although not 100% of course) for the upcoming draw: NOIs give candidates 600pts and thus a guaruantee to receive ITA. That's the point for Ontario to send them right before the draw.

Reason being that my CRS score is high enough (at least I hope lol) for Ontario not to send me NOI, hence no point in nomination as I'll likely be invited soon. But hey, this is just my gut feeling.

Yeah so after noi you need to make an account on ontario and submit docs etc and then after 2-3 weeks you get nomination and 600 points.. so your last statement showed that you were confused between noi and nomination. Thought of clarifying it
