How did you send your schedule a and pcc??? I have the same situation like yours. My ecas shows the same since march 31,2017. I sent my schedule a thru webform and until now july 10,2017. No any updates yet

We have already sumitted pcc with our file. Actually I asked my imm agent to resend schedule a through web portal with comments. I will definitely call them after some days to make sure they receive it.
If you are at the same situation, try to call cic and clarify if they are missing any docs.

That's great! Call them in a week and check if they have received it. Make sure they receive it coz they will not transfer your application till they attach it to your file.

On july 6, I sent them my schedule a form and pcc to mail address. They will receive it within 7-10 days.

Just an update for my case.
After several enquries to my visa office, I came to conclusion that the additional docs (italian police check and proof of intent to reside in Canada) I uploaded to Gckey were not received. I uploaded them a month ago.
I emailed them again yesterday.

The lesson I learned: send the docs using all the channels just to be on the safe side. Do not think that the officers are thorough with your docs.

Dear Shirley,
What I mean by that is I should have emailed the required docs as well as uploading them on Gckey. I thought they would get my documents from Gckey but obviously there had been a problem; either they hadn't seen it or there had been a glitch.
For your case, I believe you did the right thing by mailing your schedule A. I don't know if you called and confirmed that they received it or not. But that's one thing that you better do.
