My university (University of Karachi) can issue verified copies of transcripts and degrees but it WILL NOT complete the "Request for academic record" form, nor will it add this form to the sealed envelopes containing the containing the verified copies! What should I do? Should I just send the "Request for academic records" form with the details I am supposed to fill in?

hey can anybody please elaborate about listing of education information on online application. Do we have to list educational information from primary school or secondary school (matric) onwards?

two of my friends have sent their packages from UOK to IQAS and they never had any issue like that :|

Even if they dont then it's not an issue, just get the sealed envelopes without transcript forms and send them over to IQAS with explanation on checklist. You will be fine

But the text from iqas at the bottom of my receipt is

"Once the assessment is completed, the IQAS certificate and your submitted original documents will be mailed to you via Canada Post. Canada Post will send you a Delivery Notice Card to let you know that your package is available for pick-up at your local post-office. It is your responsibility to collect your package with the proper identification.

Normally that message is related to when you are asking for the mail to be sent on Canada's address.

Hi,

I have few queries:
1) Surname for both me and my father is different in passport and degree so should I attach affidavit for both of us? It is Kochar in passport and Kocher in degrees. Also should I mention it in addition notes?
2) is it okay to fill document checklist with pen ? I printed it and filled it with pen
3) is it necessary to mention that university wasn't sending degrees as I have both of my degrees sealed and I dint ask them to send on their own.

Also should I mention it in addition notes? No, just send your affidavit. IQAS only writes your name on ECA certificate, when you apply for immigration then you can send two affidavits.
2) is it okay to fill document checklist with pen ? I printed it and filled it with pen. No, fill on PC. Use pen for only signature.
3) is it necessary to mention that university wasn't sending degrees as I have both of my degrees sealed and I dint ask them to send on their own. Not necessary, just write in additional information that I am sending on my own because I do not want any delay in process and also saving money.

Thanks for answering, but I am still little confused. So I should fill document checklist ( Eca application checklist) with everything including ticks and then print it? Also should I sign it as there is nothing written to sign it?

And if so I have coloured copy of everything but is is okay to give black and white copy for example application checklist?

Oh, you confused soul

Yes, you should check and enter all data on computer and then print out. if there is a space for signature with label"signature" then yes, sign it.

degree awarding institute is KU which has verifying rights so u must go to KU

What is written in your degree and transcript? UOK or your college name?

UoK at the top. But name institute is also mentioned in both documents.
How much time is UOK taking to verify docs?
