Can someone please tell me if someone with CRS 365 is eligible for Nova Scotia and how? I am in the pool since October 2016 but no luck yet. I am feeling misguided in the hands of agents which made me land up here.

It depends on your NOC. If you have experience in any of the occupations they have interest in then you stand a chance.
