WES (World Education Services) Review and Quary

Hello Everyone,
I am also going to apply for canada PR but as we know 1st we have 2 things ready with us 1. IELTS Score and 2. WES report.
My question is about WES. I have read so many negative review about it.
Is there anyone who have done their ECA with WES? if yes please share your Experience with us.
Is there any criteria like Education must be with good grades/marks? Degree with poor grades/marks get negative ECA?
what about if our degree is not in english ?

actually one of my friends told me that i am having 10+3(diploma in computer engneering) and WES do not Evaluate diploma level degree.
is it true ?
should i apply for WES ? and hope for positive report?

now i need CLB level 9 (8,7,7,7 bands) in IELTS for Express Entry!
my recent score was (L,R,W,S-6,6,5,6.5), anyone please suggest me how can i achieve that desired score?
If i grab that score my CRS score would be 390.. So if it good to create Express entry profile with this score or If I have any other options please guide me friends. (I am an IT professional with 4 years exp.)

You can update your profile anytime, so please make your profile first and take another test to update.

If you're in Canada, try CELPIP instead. It's more like TOEFL: computer-based test and Canadian accent. Some people find CELPIP suits them.

Hi,

There is not criteria for Good marks etc. but your university must be internationally accredited. just make sure that Send the documents as requested only,,, try to read the procedures again n again to understand it properly.... before proceeding
