how to count backlogs

is there anyone here who can tell me how to count number of backlog i asked many but answer is totally from each other so i hope my answer ll be here if anyone hv knowledge so share it

in third semester i had 3 backlogs
in 1st atempt i cleared 2 and left 1
in 2nd attempt 1left
in 3rd attempt 1left
in 4th attempt 1 cleared so how to count backlogs

i heard many students backlogs does not matter to canadian visa officer
i applied george brown college and how long time it ll take to get offer letter ?

Attempt doesn't count. Every subject counts. In your case you have 3 backlogs

But everybody says canada counts repetation of backlogs?
