Lets hope for the Best. But i think it will come in next few weeks because in none of the above cases Background check has started as well as alex the king has also completed one year from the date of application submitted but his Background check not started, furthermore sandy01 has also crossed the waiting period of 14 months from the date of application submitted but no DM yet.

Moreover jatinder also got his DM after 15 months of waiting period. So, really desperately waiting for an Update.
Really don't know the reason of this very long waiting, even after once we have been selected by the quebec province.
Fingers crossed, Hope for the update very soon.

It could be possible that your background check has started but this change is not reflected in MyCIC. As I mentioned before in other threads, please request GCMS notes to get clear picture of your application. It costs just 40 CAD for outland applicants and is delivered by 3rd parties in 4-5 weeks.

Apart from Jatinder, I have tracker for three more members who have got DM recently i.e nprachi, mananP, and quebimm.

mananP got DM after 13Months 09Days on 03 Apr'17
quebimm got DM after 13Months 03Days on 11 June'17
nprachi's receiving date I dont know but her AOR is 17.08.2016 and DM is 29.04.2016
jatinder got DM after 14Months 22 Days on 05 May'17

Hence, it implies that things are happening between 13 to 15 months max.

Yes may be possible bro that they have started the background checks but not updated in MYCIC.

However I had a word with my consultant regarding the GCMS notes & she also advised me to wait at least 13 months which is the deadline as per CICs update.

January 11th,2017, Done emedical , they said 48 hrs will submit, I was in hurry to fly back, so took the copy given,and left. After 6 days 17th i login as i was quite busy, suddenly it shows medical received. Took 1 month to login Gckey, where it shows, you have passed medical exam.
