Hello everyone!

I am completely new to this forum! I am sponsoring my husband who is currently living in Los Angeles. We have first submitted our application on June 1st, but the package was returned on June 14th with no indication as to what we did wrong (only a letter was attached). My lawyer and I triple checked everything and resent the same package back. My lawyer did say that once in a blue moon they might make this type of mistake. We resubmitted on June 16 and was received by IRCC on June 19th. We are still waiting for our AOR. Please add me on to the spreadsheet. Thank you

That makes me worried now..
I (sponsor) signed the forms myself and placed my wife's signature using Pdf's Place signature feature. What should I do? they received the application on June 13th. Is there anyone who did the same and got AOR. That would give me some confidence! Otherwise, any suggestions?

Darn... That's Bad News I'm afraid... I personally always prefer Electronic Signature using Mac Preview. For e.g. Passport Applications, PR Renewal, Etc. But, in this case particularly they have requested signatures in Ink. Call CIC to confirm if they can answer your query or just wait till you get AOR. AOR takes about 30 days in total on Average. So you can wait till July 14-July 21. Just couple of weeks more...!!

Does anyone know how long it takes for Schedule A and PCC request after AOR1.

So far 6-7 Weekdays from AOR1..!!

Check out this May Timeline since they have more applicants to pull out Average Days for each stages..!!!

How long do we have to upload them after it is requested?

My SA approval pdf file states that PA and his/her dependents have 30 days to submit Schedule A form after receiving email of Schedule A Request.. PA gets that email from CIC.

Application n Text Message Received : June 1
AOR 1 : June 30
SA Approval : July 7, 4:25 PM MST (Still wondering that CIC closes at 4 PM EST and I got email at 6:25 PM EST And that too on Friday )

However Ecas or CIC My Account hasn't been updated..

Ecas : File is Received
My Account : Application is linked

PA hasn't received an email about uploading Schedule A or PCC but SA letter states that it will take up to 5 Business Days and weekend is already started..!!

I don't understand in what queue do they work....cause lot of may ending and some June first week ppl r waiting.
