What is your expectation for when you should get these things? 7 business days is not that long at all. There's not a set timeline to receive those requests. It was a few weeks for us and that was before CPC-M got backlogged. If you hadn't heard anything in a few months then maybe it would be worth calling. Be patient, the requests will come.

It's not his fault. it's the department. they are messing things up. they want documents from me, but i can't upload them. they made a decision today, but i have no clue what that is, because I still have not received any emails. my hubby is the only one who can call and ask about the account, I can't. Relax, that's all we can do.
Exactly. It's the department and officers not the lawmakers. Although there's a big flaw in policy and that lies on the shoulders of these lawmakers.
What I don't understand is, instead of "Decision Made" why can't they just have "Approved" and "Declined".

Someone was just saying that to me the other day. It's ridiculously silly that they don't.

However, if you have a decision made and nothing leading up to it like interviews, letters, requests for more things etc - you can sleep pretty well at night knowing it's an approval.

Still though, how hard can it be to change it?! Silly.

In the SA, email they mention that within 5 business days PA will get an email for Schedule A. But it takes longer than that. And some people get the request well before SA. That's why some get worried and it's understandable.

And when Embassy Officials says 5 days, obviously peoples will take it pretty seriously.

Did you check, if this decision made is on Sponsor or PA side.

There is no harm in sending today, if you have all he documents ready. Sometime it may happens that once you send through IRCC Webform, they ultimately gives you the access on your GC key. Not sure how this works, but this happened to people.

well i have that box checked off. however, it's monthly updates from this system, i do not think that will do anything. but if your GCKey does not have that box checked off, try doing it. who knows how their system work. hopefully you will get something.

i would suggest you calling them. when i got my med request first and then SA, i didnt not have PCC and schedule A for 4 working days. i called them, the lady i talked to was really nice. she helped me and told me that i will be getting these requests in next 2 days. but guess what, i got those request within half an hour of that phone call.
