Hey guys, looking for advice.

My AOR - 29th March
Background - Currently NA (I have lived both in UK and Australia for more than 2 years so I can see this taking awhile)

I am inland and my current working visa ends August 15th. Do you think I will have my PR by then?

I have applied for a bridging visa (June 9th) but I am worried that won't come in time either and I won't be able to continue to work, is there anyway around this or a way to speed up their process? I understand implied status is possible, does anyone have a method to get proof of this for my employer if need be? Also how would I go about getting my SIN updated as it expires August 15th as well?

In this case do you think it would be best if I contact an immigration Lawyer and see if they can help the process and give me solid answers?

Sorry for all the questions, I am just super stressed. Any help will be appreciated and I will try help out on the forum as I find out more information as I go on in this process.

There is some information on the revenue canada website about working on implied status. Print that out, give every documents to your employer which proof that you applied for a BOWP (payment, mail records). It worked for us.
Revenue Canada may inform your employer that your sin expired, but that is everything. Revenue Canada is aware of this status, so you do not have to worry.
I hope you will get is soon.

You are allowed to work when you have an implied status. Print out all letters via your CIC account that you have submitted your bridging visa and show it to your employer. No worries. I was in a same situation, but it was just fine. You did not break any rules nor not trying to work under a table. Do not be stressed! Grab some drink and enjoy the beautiful weather! Cheers!

Brilliant thanks for the feedback guys! If the employer finds out about the SIN am I still able to work on an expired one during implied status? Cheers
