How to renew LMIA? need that for express entry

A friend of mine is on PGWP. currently he has got positive LMIA from Service canada. Even with that his CRS is 401. He has taken IELTS many times but no success. He will be completing two year work experience in december. which will give him 25 more points. But problem is his LMIA is expiring in september so he wont get 50 points for job offer anymore in december. is it possible to renew LMIA again once it expires. ? Please help

He cannot renew his LMIA. He has to get his employer to redo the process again.

Is there any guide to how to fill lmia application on this forum. because last time they hired a lawyer to do the process. This time wanna do themselves. any help will be really appreciated.
