Work Experience : Express Entry

Hi,

I will be creating my profile for the express entry pool. I am confused about the work experience. I have 2 years of experience under NOC 0124 and two other positions with 5 months experience in Business Development and 9 months as a full-time intern( paid,45 hours/week) in India under NOC 4163. If don't use the code - 4163 then I lose out on 25 points on skills transferability factor and my experience will be less than 3 years which is required to get full 50 points.

Can I claim work experience as 3 years for CRS and proceed with the FSWP program - Express Entry and use 2 NOC codes for my work experiences?

I would really appreciate your help on this.

Any sort of Misrepresentation will bring a 5-year ban from applying to Canada again. Be honest and truthful.

Thanks for your reply. I agree I do not want any misrepresentation as well. Can you please tell me based on the above work experience if I can select 3 years or more since 9 months was a paid internship(full time)
