I applied for the OINP about 5 days back. The status stil says submitted.
Does anyone know what stages an OINP application goes through? By stages I mean we can log into the system and see the stage at which the application is.

Hey guys have got a query. Recieved Ontario NOI but donot have required funds maintained from six months but have it in the account since 3 months. If i show the money as gift deed will they accept my application?.plz help as my consultant advises me not to file OINp till the money is thwre in the accoubt for 5 months.
I have the same situation, I got half of my funds on April 25. What some people said to me on the groups was that there is no need of a gift deed. They said that you need gift deed when get your funds a few weeks ago just before you apply.

So, I not gonna send a gift deed. I will attach the last 6 month bank statements and that's it. If later they ask for a source of my funds I would attach gift deed then.

Hello,

I have received PT NOI from Ontario. I am collecting my required documents. Unfortunately for one of my employments I only have my employment letter and no paystubbs. I contacted to my previous employer and he cannot reproduce those docs as he sold the company. Therefore I am stuck. Kindly guide me as to what should i do to make up for those missing pay stubbs.

Thank you for your help.
Check this Clause in HCP Documeent
7.4 Proof of Compensation (mandatory)
Proof of compensation from previous and current employers for all periods of work (foreign and Canadian) stated in your application. Proof may include copies of:
 Pay stubs, pay cheques or pay statements,
 Bank statements showing salary deposits,
 Income tax documents, or
 Letter(s) from employer(s) explaining why this proof is not readily available.
Note: It is recommended that you provide proof for the first and last month for each work experience.

Hi Vishal-07, well, Ontario never say anything related to maturity of funds. To be honest I do not have any plan cuz there is no way to make appear my funds older. I'm gonna take the risk and go ahead. They have to take into consideration that I wasn't expected a NOI and it is very unlikely that I would have my funds mature by time the decide to send a NOI.

What I do really hope is that they consider my previous entrances to Toronto for vacations, study, etc. Have a brother as citizen, etc.

Why not just attach a gift deed at the same time to save yourself some time?

I'm pretty sure someone has had this issue before.

I am prepping my Ontario paperwork and one of the required things is my current work experience. However I'm hesitant to let my company know that I may be leaving yet.

Do I absolutely have to have that or would payslips, contracts and the like be acceptable?

Hi Guys,

I would like to know the answers to the following:

1. When declaring work history in Express Entry, should I only include previous work experience in which I am claiming points for? Or should I include all previous work history.

2. IF I declare all previous work history, does that mean that I have to submit all reference letters. I just wanted to declare work history that is related to the NOC that I' applying for or claming points for.

Appreciate it if someon can advise me. Thanks.

Received NOI today. I know that it is valid for 6 months. Does anyone know how long OINP accepts applications before it is closed?
