Can I update my ECA scores after submitting application for express entry?

yes i should be getting 416 point after i add my wife eca report. her ielts gave me 14 points and her education will give me 8 point adding with my own points i should get total of 416 points

Wait for 24 hours after you updated the profile. CIC website is currently down and they had a maintenance yesterday too. This might have caused a delay. If there are no changes, try creating a new profile. That might help.
