Hi,

my pgwp expiring soon next month!

Can I continue work while my wife will go for study permit?

would this spouse or dependent status on OWP still maintain my primary immigration applicant ?

Since my CSQ application and EE profile now on the pool with CRS 425, do you think I will still be fine?

You can get an open WP with the duration of your wife's SP.

You can get an open WP with the duration of your wife's SP.

Maybe so but has the OPs wife actually got her study permit yet or is the application still in process. If the latter and PGWP expires cannot work until the wife gets study permit and OP gets OWP attached to wifes study permit .

No issue to be in EE pool at same time.
