No! tracker got activated this morning when it was in Winnipeg already, just few hours before they delivered the envelope.

Anyone can help me? I sent my passport to CIC but I lost the tracking number. I called Canada post but they said without tracking number they can't help me to track the mail. Is there other way to find out whether CIC has received my mail or not?
