Work reference from previous employee

Hi I have an Ita and I have work reference from my current employer but my past employer has given me a service or experience letter but will not provide a detailed work reference letter as required as it's against hr policy .
I am an elementary school teacher .
Will this affect my score ?

If you remove that experience, will it affect your score?

If yes, you require detail letter with duties.
If yes but even with that score are you above minimum cut off ? if yes you don't require

Thank you for your reply . It does lower my points if I remove that experience. I have pay stubs and bank statements to show my show my pay cheques .... And the service and appointment letter states that I am an elementary teacher along with the dates of my working period ... Will that not be enough ?

can ur superior write a letter stating ur job roles and responsibilities? if yes that ill also do

Thanks for the reply. That's the problem the school does not want to do that. They say their Hr policy is to only give an experience letter and as the job profile is a teacher the duties are a given as to what the teacher does in a classroom.
