Post graduate work permit

Hello.
I finished my program and graduated but due to financial reasons I could't apply for the PGWP on time (the school didn't want to give the graduation letter to finish because I didn't finish paying the fees). My study permit expired and the 90 days to restore my status already passed too before I got the necessary documents from the school to apply. Is there any way for me to get the work permit and stay in Canada?

Hard to tell your situation .....you got stuck because your are not having any legal status in Canada. I don’t have any solution for you .

Once the 90 days to apply for a PGWP passed you are unfortunately out of luck and would need to leave the country if having no other status.
