I don't know where your immigration consultant gets information from, but it should take up to 20 business days after receiving all documentation. Mine was ready in 15 business days. I think that you should probably get an ITA within the next 2 months once you get the results

It depends on case to case. I received my ECA from WES last year after 2 months of applying.

But to be fair to them, my Bachelors and Masters were from 2 different countries.

He's already CLB9 and retaking IELTS would only help him by 3 points.

My ielts score kinda maxed out. L-9,R-8.5,S-8,W-7
other than learning French I couldn't find any other option and that's how the whole conversation started.

I also saw that Nova Scotia offered NOC 1123 as one of their preferences. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get in and create a profile. Better luck next time.

I spoke to JK Consultancy and FingerPrint Services India. Former seems to cost more than the latter. So I am just thinking of going with Finger Print Services India which seems to have branches in Major cities in India. Please let me know your thoughts.

So, conceivably in 8 months from the time I finish the profile, I could be landing in Canada. Amazing.

I'm on the same boat of PCC wait... but I was under the impression IRCC would not accept anything that would not come from FBI directly. Be careful with fake promises!

Hi , I was also under the same impression and declined my ITA just to buy in some more time. But I came to know two guys from different cities of India have got the FBI clearance through them. They say the letter is in the same format and it has only FBI name on it. That is what made me to consider that route. Have you already applied for FBI PCC? Where do you stand on that? Thanks!

I got the email confirmation from WES a day after I applied for my duplicate ECA report. I didn't attach it to my OINP application because at that time I didn't know I should do it.

They have received it on June 1st and no word of confirmation nor payment. I was going to call them today until I remembered it is July 4th :S
