What's the progress of Background Check status like?

Mine is currently at "Not Applicable" but I remember it being something else before.

I'm a CEC in-land applicant.

keep an eye on BG status once it changes to in process thats ur IP2 and u should get PPR soon after (same day evening)

Isn't the progress a bit faster than usual given that my AOR date is June 15th, 2017?
Also note that I have not passed my medicals yet.

Mine is also NA. AOR 24th june. Medical not passed yet

CEC inland BG changes are as following

1)Medical passed
BG in progress> NA> BG in progress 2> PPR

2)Medical passed (If you submitted RCMP upfront)
Next step is to BG check> NA> BG in progress 2> PPR

But here's the thing, I haven't passed my medical yet. Is it normal for IP1 stage of BG to pass before the medical is passed?

i had same when medica was : we are reviewing your medical results , then got medical passed after
