Change of Marital Status before Passport Stamping

Hi, I would appreciate if you can advice me on how to proceed from here.

Scenario:
My application is under Express Entry Provincial Nominee Program.

Invitation was received last Nov2016, submitted the documents (including medical through IRCC last Jan2017.

I got married in Mar2017.
I lodge a CSE (Case Specific Enquiry) Form in the Apr2017, notifying IRCC of the update/change of my marital status from single to married.
I also sent an email to the province who nominated my application for express entry, but there was no reply.

Last June, i checked my IRCC account and i saw UCI# (Primary Applicant) under my name.
It's been 6 months now (from Jan2017) but i haven't got any update/reply from IRCC on how I can add my spouse in the application.

Anyone who have an idea, on what should be the proper way/next step that i should do?

have you tried calling? I sent my marriage cert to CIC via CSE and also to my local visa office by email.. I am also waiting for their response for my change in status.

What was the advice of your local visa office after you sent by email?

still waiting for the response from the local office.. the only upside of my case is that i initially added my spouse as a common-law partner so it's just a change in status but papers are filed already. try this number +16139444000
