Hi @mqamar1994 , I am in a fix and hope you can help me out. Regarding the Pcc, i logged on passport Seva website n tried applying for pcc. I shifted from Delhi to Gujarat. Now that I am entering the new address it's showing an error saying the address does not come under RPO DELHI. what to do in this case?

You have to apply PCC for your city in Gujarat. And also enter the address which is in Gujarat :) Not Delhi.

Edit - You can apply for PCC for a city through Passport Seva if you are living in there. I believe you should first get PCC for your current city in Gujarat. Then go to Delhi RPO directly and apply for PCC for those days which you were present there.

Yes i am entring gujarat wherever its asking for address. But there was a field asking for my passport details initially stating where was the passport issued. There I had to select Delhi right?

EDIT: oh..will getting a pcc from delhi do for once and all? I read somewhere PCC covers whole India and not just states. Can you confirm?

Was there any draw in past without a maintenance window ? I'm doubting if we will have a draw tomorrow. I wish I'm wrong here.

So guys ready for 5th July party

Thanks for the reminder. I appreciate it. I received actual nomination and 600 additional points in my EE profile once I accepted the nomination. My timeline was :

NOI received - May 5
Applied - June 20
Assessment - June 22
Decision in Progress - June 23
Nominated - June 28

First congrats on being nominated by ONIP..Can you please help me understand as to what documents were required to uploaded while you got registered with the e-portal? Can you list them down?

Apparently it seems the approval process is taking less than a week's time to being finally approved. Thanks.

I had lived in Qatar on business visa and they don't issue PCC to those who are not on 'residence permit RP'...finally they have agreed to issue a letter stating they can't issue PCC..
at present I'm residing in India and is planning on filing eAPR and to move back to Qatar for a short contract on business visa...
Will I be required to submit a PCC again
---
Are we required to submit fresh pcc if we travel and stay in a country after eAPR...or is it done with eAPR...?
please guide....

Hello lino, it would be lot better if your letter is issued after your planned visit to Qatar.

I shared an article on this thread recently that said that anyone getting ITA from here on would land in 2018, so effectively they would be considered in the quota of 2018.

This means our estimates about the quota remaining in 2017 might be incorrect and we might have to consider ITA's issued from July 2016 until now to get an estimate of the quota remaining in 2017.

if you lived more than 6 months at a place then you need PCC. whenever or wherever, more than 6 months is the rule.
