Dear friends, I am FEB e-AOR and received my PPR request on 16th June. My issue is regarding passport submission and I hope someone can help me from this group!

I am the principle applicant and sent my passport to Singapore VO today. My wife (Dependent Applicant) is in Ottawa, Canada hence we requested CPC to change her VO and recently they sent us instructions. The instruction letter include a form called ANNEX-A and they want it to be filled up. But our question is 'who will fill it up?" me? or the dependent? Since I am not sending my passport to CPC Ottawa my assumption was it will be the dependent. However, we are confused cause at the top of the form it mentions only my name and UCI. No where in the form/the letter it mentioned my wfie's name or UCI.

What should we do? Please help!!!
Why don't you call IRCC, see what they suggest you to do..or email your visa office and see

@Sugar2016 you sure need to check your tracker as you are showing your status changed to IP2 back in March which is highly unlikely for an FSW-O with Feb AOR.
I am sure your update is likely help clean data for analysis
Cheers ;)
Tracker is correct, i have been stuck in IP2 since March due to Security Screening. I have confirmed from my GCMS notes that my eligibility is completed. So will receive PPR as soon as security screening is completed. SS is a 3-12month process.

Is there a way to know if you application is selected for security screening aside from GCMS notes? Would CIC tell you on the phone if you call them or they don't have this piece of information?

Congratulations to who received the PPRs! Hopefully the Rain of PPRs is coming in this weekend.

I've got a question. My passport is expiring in less than 6 months and I am going to renew it. Once it is done, do I need to notify IRCC? If yes, through CSE or email?

My status is AOR Feb 28, Medical Passed, supposedly in IP1. Many thanks.

You better call ircc and know what is happening, you never know, the ircc might have sent your golden emaIL to our any representative, which you might have mentioned in the past and so by default ircc might have emailed it to him and those representative sine they are not handlin your application anymore, will be least concerned to inform you and ircc email only ppr twice, second time with warbing saying your application gets refusal if you don't respond...so better call them immediately on Monday or Tuesday....don't make any delay....I hI had experienced the same and called them aND got ppr...all the best
Which Number should I call from Outland???? and what & who should i talk to... Can you suggest?? Any instructions to follow????

Hi Folks,

As of today, my background check has been in IP2 for a full month. VO is Paris, even though I am not from France and don't live in any neighboring countries. My timeline and details are below:

FSW-O; CRS: 481; no dependants, single candidate.
AOR: February 1
NS: March 3
NA: March 9
IP2: June 3
Schedule A Requested: June 19
Schedule A Submitted: June 20 (even though review of documents has changed, details on application still shows: Your Action is Required >> I've just emailed the office to ask about this.

This is a really frustrating and worrying place to be in. I can't imagine what would cause this level of delay, since I always considered myself to be a pretty strong candidate.

People with more experience in this>> I would really appreciate it if you can give me some idea as to what stage my application is in. Since the application is at the local Visa Office, does it mean most of the major checks have passed?

What could the hold up be?

I am really worried about the status of my application by now, since nearly everyone that applied this long ago has already received PPR.

Hey Lion37,

Lately some people are waiting in IP2 longer than before. Even 30 days.
I'm waiting for 20 days now....

Have you tried to send an E-mail for your VO to check the status of your application?
It could help! I have read that some people gave CIC a call / sent an E-mail and got the PPR whitin a week.

Quick weekly round-up:

If you have any feedback on this report please PM me.

If you find this status update useful please click [LIKE] - thank you in advance.

Passport Request by month this year up to date:
*The busiest month ever recorded on the tracker.

Passport Request by day in June:

Statuses by the month of submission up to date:
*The bad news is that it has been over 6 months for PNP Inland and Outland for Janauary and there hundreds of applicants who are still waiting, applicants are also waiting from December and even some from November. This is becoming a trend. For PNP Paper-bases processing is not far off (**for some at least) compared to e-APR applicants.

Statuses by day of submission for January:
*Remember 40% are PNP applicants, they are currently being processed, 90% of PPRS for jan this week were for PNP applicants.

Statuses by day of submission for February:
*PNP Outland/Inland are also remain pretty much untouched.

Statuses by day of submission for March:
*Last week we saw over 90 Passport Requests in a 24 period, mainly for March.

Statuses by day of submission for April:

Statuses by day of submission for May:

Applicants by Stream:
*The share of PNP has decreased from 40% in Jan 2017, to ~9% in May. I would expect it to grow as there were a lot of OINP nominations recently.

Finally! Slightly belated.... but Happy Canada Day!
