M Memo999 Newbie Jun 28, 2017 3 0 Jul 4, 2017 #4 If he listed you and the kids in his asylum application and he got the approval then you will be admission-able unless you want to do your own asylum case Note: I am not an immigration lawyer but I have some experience with these issues!
