As far as I know, and I believe even @legalfalcon & @DelPiero07 would also second me on this, the only scan of the passport that is required is of your Latest/New Passport and only of your Bio-pages and pages which has stamps/other information. Really I have no idea from where people get the info that CIC is interested in people's Old Passport and the blank pages. Just my 2 cents nothing else.

Thanks for this comment... I'm preparing my application and, indeed, I was planning just to scan my current passport bio + the stamps, just as it says on the IRCC instructions. Then some people started to make me doubt with extra documents (old passport/empty pages). Best is just to stick to what IRCC asks for, seriously.

I had 2 friends on 2 different situations that got rejected.

1. Passport copy not complete, i.e. not all pages are scanned (friend 1)
2. Documents not color copy (friend 2)

So apparently this agent in their local country had some form of connections with someone from Immigration. When they check through their documents again, that was the info provided.

I'm interested to know which program did your friend apply under??? Because I applied under CEC program (Inland) and for Passports it EXPLICITLY stated that scan any pages with visas/stamps etc, so, clearly you don't have to scan every single page, for CEC at least

Hello All. I need urgent help.

Actually, I go through FSW-O
We received medicine a few days ago. And I start to be nervous.

Such is the thing:
Wife is the main applicant, I'm a de-pendant. I had a FOP(Enterprise) in Ukraine, on which I did not work, but kept it to best times, and paid the appropriate taxes, in the declaration I drew incomes from the noodles...

In Personal History, I did not specify this, because it did not work on it. I opened it - but I waited for better times and then unsuccessfully closed it. In the same period, I studied part-time. Part-time studies during this period indicated in the application.

Actually what makes me nervous:
Could the lack of this information in my Personal History be a cause to get refuse for PPR?
Can visa officers check this somehow and what are the consequences?
Is it worth it to be nervous about this? Is it worth something to do? I do not want to get a refusal !!!

For foreign education you do not need to upload transcripts. Only for Canadian education.

I am no one to advice you but from my experience let me tell what I do know. Please RAISE A CSE ASAP ATTACHING THE GIFT DEED DOCUMENT.

Why you didn't think about attaching the Gift-Deed before submitting your e-APR is beyond my comprehension. My brother, does the Visa Officer/Case Officer/Whoever is looking into your case have a third-eye to understand why the sudden jump in your bank balance happened??

Please ask our beloved seniors @legalfalcon & @DelPiero07 also once , since they are seasoned experts on the PR process.

In the forms sections(prior to checklist generation),should I just select 'no' for If my spouse has any education qualification or work experience. This way I don't have to upload any documents for him. Please advice if this is ok.

I had availed 0% interest loan from my current company as a benefit provided by them to their employees.
Now I have received a loan letter from the company stating the current outstanding amount and also same is visible on my salary slips.
Now please suggest whether I should attach this letter in proof of funds section? will it be confusing?
And do I need to mention about my loan from the company in the reference letter also?
Here no information is visible in any of my bank accounts or statements, all the details are visible in my company provided documents and salary slips. Please help

I lived in Chennai and Bangalore. The problem was I didn't get the PCC via the indian embassy but directly from the Chennai police. The PCC letter says they don't have any records of any criminal wrongdoing IN chennai.
So CIC got back saying that this letter doesn't cover bangalore, so the entire application is cancelled. the UAE PCC wasn't a problem

The PCC I requested through the embassy was a certificate of good conduct ( same as the one delivered in the province I leaved) that is normally used interchangeable with the one delivered at the central office of Judiciary Police situated in the capital city ( Kinshasa) that issues an extract of the criminal record. Both are PCCs . The only difference is that the latter is only issued for immigration purposes and the first one for administrative purposes. I was not aware of the difference and neither is the officer at the embassy. It is only after the rejection letter in which IRCC pointed me to the correct competent office and the correct document that would be acceptable to them.

Most of the rejections are avoidable. Once you get your ITA pay attention to detail and submit correct documents.

Seniors, since I applied for EE under CEC, my passport has been updated with a new TRV sticker. Also, my spouse submitted her passport scan but she seems to have missed one stamp while uploading her passport. The diploma certificate I uploaded for her is missing her signature and back page. , I also attached translated a copy of that and The WES ECA report which is all good. Please advise if this can cause a problem? should I wait for them to ask for documents or submit a CSE asap? I read that once we submit permanent residency we cannot make any changes or add additional documents unless they ask. Please assist and sorry for reposting

Hi, I need your advices urgently :

For my 2 years experience , I have simple letter from my employer stating my tenure and role only and now issue is that the company has closed its operations in UAE and no longer existant. But fortunately I can have my senior colleague( also ex-employee) sign a fully detailed letter about my experience with his designation and company card. Is that gonna be sufficient and will it work ?
