Regarding Ontario pnp(new)

Hello, yesterday i came to know that Ontario is giving NOI to people having crs less than 400. My question is

1.Anyone in managerial noc code (starting with zero) getting NOI from Ontario and that too with crs less than 400..?
2.Have they issued any specific noc code list for people below 400?

My crs is 391 and noc code is 0911(manufacturing manager).. If they are giving NOI to management people then i should create my profile to get the same..
Plz seniors and experts do reply to this.

As of now they're giving NOI to people less than 400 who have ITC (Information Technology) experience.

Do we know when they will withdraw the special offer for ICT below CRS 400 candidates? Is it just a week or until ITC quota is filled?

I think this is because people above 400 are hoping for direct ITA so they are not accepting NOI from Ontario and are waiting for score to come down.. So in order to fill quota for pnp Ontario is targeting people below 400 and to those having specific NOC's.
The special offer might end after 2017 pnp Ontario quota is filled..

I have given my ielts again and is awaiting for the results.
My doubt ..Is my NOI still alive? I mean once i score the same bands and update it in my CIC account..Will i be able to accept the NOI
