I have applied for CAQ on 21 may 2017 and my documents reached Canada immigration department on 30 may 2017. It's been more than 20 business days and still I dint get any update (not even like they received my documents). Today is 1july and all I want to know is this common problem faced by any international student or is there any anomaly

There is a delay in issuing CAQ. Don't worry, for me it took around 45 days to receive it. Just make a call once to confirm the receipt of your document.

45 days from the point they received your mail? Or from the point when you applied online?

Hi just want to know if you have received any updates yet? Similar situation: I have sent my documents on 7 June by regular mail (have no way to track). Since then, there is no any updates in my file... Just called them today, they cannot verify if they have received my documents or not and suggested me to re-send all the documents...
