Did you tried to know the reason for long security check?

Visa office name?
Parents in Police or Military?

They don't rply any email or mail. Nd on mp enquiry every time one answer that file in process nd they can't mention how much time will take to compete. Really now its very frustrating. Its just like spoiling our future

Sorry to hear all that. I can understand your situation. It was same for me for couple of months before. Yes it is really frustrating. But that is not the solution.

We have to think about solution. Please don't distract from the aim. You have to be focus towards aim. There are people who can help. So please be positive and keep posting here. You are just there.

I know your MP always says it is in process. But now question is, did you tried GCMS notes?

I would say keep requesting GCMS notes. Try to understand those notes. Keep them side by side and try to find the difference. If you have any question , you can post here.

Again, you are near by. Please be positive... and be positive. I am sure you will get it done very soon.

Nothing new all the time sanething mentioned in gcms notes. Only one thing add in notes i.e. About email or mail sent by us means they rcvd email or mail from us. Another information every time as it every time

Did you ever thought or send Register letter mentioning all this to the following

1. Visa office processing your application
2. Minister of Immigration
3. Your MP
4. May be prime minister office?....
5. Any Major news paper

Also i have seen in previous post you were asking about time taken for background check for Military or police persons. I know one person who has to wait long for this check. We can ask them. Please send email to my email address in my profile here. We will talk and decide

Sorry, to hear that you are still waiting.

I am not sure how you calculating expiry date, but just let you know, i know someone from these forums, who got Passport Request even after Medical expired. Not only he thinks medical expired, but MP Office also told him that your medical exipred and visa office would send you new medical papers.

So please be careful, before concluding that your medical is expired.

My understanding was the medicals are only valid for 1 year.

2. Started processing application on June 25, 2015.
3. Medical instructions on June 25, 2015.
4. Case Approved and requested passport on June 2, 2017.
5. August 9, 2017 and became a Permanent Resident.

Now waiting for PR card to come in the mail.

Congrats! PR card take 45 days Be sure to have 3 months medical insurance if you are in Ontario or in Province where new immigrants has to wait for 3 months

Did you have to do medicals for the second time?

In MyCIC the status for medical changed from "You passed the medical exam" to "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes."
I think it's because our medicals already expired.

We also received a request to send updated Schedule A for principal applicant and travel history form.
