The thing is i didnt have my hearing yet its in august, they even give a credit card to refugee unless yoyr accepted and have a sin number not starting with 9. Am i right?

No my friend TD bank offers credit card without a sin number just go and check newcomer package it comes with 1000 limit so you will be fine
